Murudeshwar is roughly 500 KM from Bangalore. The first thing that comes to my mind about this place is the 20 storied temple and the 123 feet tall statue of Lord Shiva.
The temple is built on top of a small hill, surrounded on three side by sea water.
It is said that the statue is 3rd tallest statue of Lord Shiva in the world.
Backwaters and clean beaches adds more fun to this place.
